Shipping costs

Domestic orders within the United States ship for a $25 flat fee, with free shipping on orders of $2,500 and above. Contact us if you'd like a quote.

International shipping is quoted separately based on destination, product type, and refrigerated shipping requirements. We'll include shipping in any formal quote we send you.

Where we ship from

All orders ship from our facility in Georgia, USA. We use FedEx and UPS for domestic delivery, with carrier choice driven by destination, urgency, and any refrigerated shipping requirements.

How materials are packaged

How we ship depends on the form of the material:

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis for the batch, handling and storage instructions, and any product-specific documentation.

Delivery times

For in-stock catalog items, domestic orders typically ship within 1 business day of order confirmation. Transit time is 1-3 business days depending on destination.

Custom formulations have lead times that depend on the formulation, usually 1 business day for variants of catalog formulations, longer for bespoke work. The lead time will be confirmed in your quote.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International orders

We ship internationally to most countries. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, and compliance with local import regulations. Some products may be subject to U.S. export controls; Cytoink reserves the right to decline orders to restricted destinations or end users.

For international shipments, we'll work with you to ensure proper documentation (commercial invoice, safety data sheets, certificates of origin where required). Any permits or import licenses needed at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

What to do when your order arrives

Inspect shipments promptly on receipt. If you notice any of the following, contact us in writing within 5 business days:

Claims received after the 5-business-day window may not be honored. See our quality guarantee in the Terms of sale for what happens next when an issue is reported on time.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin). If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you and the carrier to file claims and reship the affected materials.
